| Trophy tie brings new opponents to Dry Leas |
Preview:: HENLEY HAWKS entertain Hertford at Dry Leas for the first game between the clubs this Saturday with a delayed kick-off at 4pm so that supporters can watch England versus South Africa which starts at 2.30pm on the big screen in the clubhouse.
Hawks’ director of rugby Jason Forster is selecting a strong team for this game which he hopes will ease some players who have been injured back to match fitness.
Jack Shaylor has missed the last three games but is hoping to start this game but to give extra cover for the wing positions, David Birtwhistle has been signed on loan from Division 1 side Newbury. Simon....

Preview:: IT WAS another barren weekend at the Invesco Perpetual Triangle, where not only Henley Town first team’s Saturday game with Englefield Green Rovers but also the next day’s match for the Sunday reserves had to be postponed because of the state of the pitch, writes John Bailey
The decision on Saturday was especially disappointing as it turned out to be an especially good day for playing or watching football, but this came too late after all the rain that had fallen in the previous fortnight.
This Saturday, the first team are away, journeying to Prestwood for a 2.15pm kick-off. The game should be an opportunity for the Lilywhites....
